5 Day Musical Theatre Workshop + FRINGE SHOW (primary school students)

Students will spend 5 days making new friends, playing fun games and working on musical numbers to be staged in their very own Perth Fringe World Festival performance on Saturday, 25th January!

Students will learn routines to popular songs in a Musical Theatre style. We have a strong focus on team work and confidence building as well as keeping students engaged and igniting their curiosity about the performing arts.

Workshops Monday to Friday will be held at the Casey Drama Centre, Perth Modern School, Subiaco and begin at 9am each day (drop off available from 8.30am) and end at 3pm.

The performance on Saturday will be held at Dynamic Music Studio, Wangara. Kids arrive 2pm, doors open 3pm from a 3.30pm performance.

This workshop is suitable for students in years 3-6 in 2025.

All workshops are devised by one of Perth's most successful Theatre professionals Ian Toyne who has extensive experience in professional Theatre, film and TV acting and has over 10 years of teaching experience. Ian has successfully designed and facilitated youth workshops Internationally. All staff are experienced performers and hold current Working With Children Checks and are fully vaccinated.
