Northam Classes

Every Wednesday during school terms

we will be running performance classes at the Northam Recreation Centre, Peel Terrace Northam.

Try something different, build confidence, have fun and make great friends at your local theatre!

Beginner Fun Classes for ages 5-7 

Students will build team work skills and self confidence through fun games and imaginative exercises touching on the basics of Acting and Singing. Students are encouraged to develop their own sense of self and enjoyment of theatre and music in a nurturing environment.

Acting & Musical Theatre Classes for ages 8-10 and 11-13 

Acting students will learn basic and intermediate drama

skills through improvisation and scene work, build team work skills and self confidence and have the opportunity to perform in several productions throughout the year.

​

Musical Theatre students will learn breathing and vocal techniques and work on solo and group pieces involving simple choreography to be performed throughout the year.

​

We work with each individual student to identify their goals and their personal pathway to success. We aim to foster a love of theatre and encourage all of our students to become the best performers they can be with a focus on building confidence and an emphasis on FUN!

All classes are tailored to the needs of our students, whether you have plenty of experience on stage or if you have never sung a note to anyone but your steering wheel! We guarantee you will learn, grow and have plenty of fun at our classes.
